Dairy Expo Features Dairy Goat Forum
This no charge event is Wednesday, September 30th
MADISON -- Milking Practices and Milk Quality of Wisconsin Dairy Goat Operations, a forum, will be offered during the World Dairy Expo.
The program will run 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30. Pamela Ruegg, University of Wisconsin-Madison associate professor and UW-Extension milk quality specialist, will be the speaker.
There is no charge for the forum other than the admission cost for the Dairy Expo. Preregistration is requested to assure that enough seating is available. For information or to register, email jeanne.meier@wi.gov or call Jeanne Meier at 608-224-5121.
The forum is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, American Dairy Goat Association, and Cooperative Resources International.
